Development layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this new image disclosure appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a channel, a waterway in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a notes section detailing various sections of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, featuring layouts for dock shelters.
Further documentation released as part of the continuing oversight process.
